Responsible for the design, configuration and management of a high-profile Human Relations (HR) Oracle database Disaster Recover Plan (DRP) that implemented an Oracle Data Guard solution which included a primary and multiple remote failover/switchover sites. Prepared and implemented planning documentation for the upgrade of over 20 Oracle 9i (9.2.0.7) databases to Oracle release 10g (10.2.0.2).
