Senior Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) DBA/Consultant

Responsible for the design, configuration and management of a high-profile Human Relations (HR) Oracle database Disaster Recover Plan (DRP) that implemented an Oracle Data Guard solution which included a primary and multiple remote failover/switchover sites.   Prepared and implemented planning documentation for the upgrade of over 20 Oracle 9i (9.2.0.7) databases to Oracle release 10g (10.2.0.2).  Perform day-to-day performance monitoring and tuning of an Oracle PeopleSoft database implementation through the extensive daily use of both command line interfaces as well as Oracle Enterprise Manager (9i and 10g Grid and Database Control tools).  Proficient in the management and creation of Oracle Recover Manager (RMAN) backup and recovery scripts that include the use of automated recovery catalog management and database duplication (cloning) to support developers and testers within a program management office consisting of over 40 personnel.  Proficient in the use of Oracle 10g Flashback technologies for fast database recovery operations.
