Participated in full life-cycle development of an application to track backing away complaints. Acted as Lead Programmer on the project. Front end development was done in Applix Ware with an Oracle database on the back end. PRO*C programs were also developed for execution through the UNIX cron utility.

Lead programmer in the development of PRO*C programs to conduct daily data loads into the customer complaint system. Developed UNIX Shell scripts to control all data transfers between machines and all processing. Shell scripts controlled all batch processing including error handling.
